Hello and thanks for landing here!
Let me introduce myself – I am Tamara, a former corporate change leader turned Nutritional Therapist. With a rich background in leading change programmes for many different organisations, I have moved into the world of naturopathy and nutrition. I bring a unique perspective to the world of health and wellness, combining both nutritional therapy and empowering individuals to make health change.
I am Sri Lankan in origin and have grown up savouring the rich spices and vegetables of Asia. As a child, the ancient wisdom of their health-giving properties were passed down to me by my parents and wider family and so I started to make the connection between food and health early on. While I have always had a passion for food and the link to health, it was only after many years of working in the corporate world and struggling to stay healthy, that I decided to deep dive into the world of nutrition to understand exactly how food can support health.
I am a qualified Health Coach, having trained with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition based in New York and am also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, graduating from The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
My passion is to share my learnings and experience and to educate you so that you can stay committed to your existing career or lifestyle and still be healthy, without it being an either/or outcome. Health is wealth and therefore being in optimum health enables you to commit to whatever lifestyle you choose. I was always 100 per cent committed to my career but did not understand my unique needs to remain healthy and, importantly, struggled to make long-term changes to my diet, even when I knew what needed changing. Having spent years educating myself in the intricacies of how the body works, and how food has the power to heal, I now have the keys to unlock not only my own health but yours too.
I specialise in supporting energy levels, to help combat anxiety, stress, burnout and fatigue. I have experienced all of these throughout my adult life, and so I can support you to work through them and ideally prevent them before they take hold and contribute to more chronic health conditions. I am a qualified Qi Gong instructor and incorporate this ancient practice into the range of approaches I offer, to support you in removing blocks to your energy, as well as ensuring your energy is continually supported.
My previous career focused on managing change in organisations, and I use this expertise to support you in making your changes in diet and lifestyle. Too often we know what we should do but struggle to make lasting change. I provide unique tools and perspectives to support you in transitioning to your new, healthier self and empowering you to make the changes you desire.

My online clinic, the foundation of my work, allows me the privilege and pleasure of helping individuals in achieving their health goals.
