Habits are based on so many influences outside of us and most of which were unconsciously established in our childhood, family of origin and even in adult life with partners or friends. While many of us may know what we should be eating to nourish ourselves, we find it difficult to implement the changes.
Nourishment through food is different from comfort eating (or coping eating), which will switch on endorphins in your body that make you feel good in the short-term rather than providing you with the nourishment that sustains you and your body for the long term. Overcoming the need for the short-term ‘feel-good’ factor can be challenging and often the need to support change is overlooked.


Having led individuals and teams through change programmes in organisations for decades, I have honed my skills and intuition in supporting lasting change. I will help you build your unique framework for change, an approach that provides you with tools and techniques to enable you to achieve this in line with your nutritional and lifestyle needs. Building sustainable change for healing the body inside out.
