Executive-level health coaching

 

As part of the well-being offer supporting senior executives, nutritional coaching provides a key area of support for supporting stress and optimum performance at the levels required by your top team. Including a bespoke programme of one-to-one sessions focused on addressing health concerns, providing nutritional and lifestyle support, and health change coaching.

Chinese Medicine
Lunch

Lunch and learn talks

Engaging 45-minute talks on a topic of your choice. I will include positive changes your team can make to support their health in this area, with time for Q&As, handouts, recipes and more.

Drop-in wellness days

Mini consultations for members of your team. They can book in for a private one-to-one session with me to discuss their health. I will provide individual advice to them on the day.

As a qualified Qi Gong instructor, I run relaxing and educational breath and movement sessions based on the ancient practice of Qi Gong.
