Sleep

Understand the benefits of sleep and how to promote it with diet, lifestyle routines and what can get in the way.

Light

What supports our sleep/wake cycle is light and in understanding this we can better use natural light to support our energy levels.

Water

We explore the water that lives in our bodies, how it provides us with a battery of potential energy, and how to strengthen this ‘water battery’ using key lifestyle strategies.

Nutrition

Our mitochondria are the energy creators in our body. To support them we need to ensure key nutrients are included in our diet.

Movement

Qi Gong is an ancient practice designed to connect and build energy within our bodies, which in turn is essential for good health and our life force.

This focused practice works on activating the energy meridians in your body through movement. Energy meridians are the same energy channels that are used within the Chinese practice of acupuncture.  The breath is your tool for accessing this energy and the focus of qi gong is to build resilience from within.

These gentle movements are accessible to all, so join me in learning how to activate and build your energy!
